Space is strictly limited to maintain small group sizes (of no more than 12 participants),  we operate on a first come first served basis.

We can provisionally reserve your place for a holding period of 24 hours if you require some time to arrange  payment.  We’re unable to confirm a booking in the two weeks that lead up to the course date unless your full payment is made fully in advance.

You can also contact us directly and guarantee your place by making a 50% upfront payment in advance (if this is more convenient) to secure your place(s), with the remainder due two weeks before the course commences.  Failure to make the remaining payment in time may forfeit your place on the course, and your payment will be fully refunded.

Note that these courses are intended mainly for small businesses.  We welcome attendance by larger businesses, however, we do limit the number of attendees from any one company to no more than four.  If you wish to send more than four delegates to attend any one of our courses, we will be pleased to discuss running a fully customized course for your business on a separate date.  We also provide one to one executive mentoring for less than four participants, please contact us directly.

Terms and conditions:

• We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to any reason(s) that arise beyond our control and will provide you with a full refund.

• We will only run the course if we meet the minimum number of attendees required and will advise you if for any reason the course doesn’t run at least two weeks before the delivery date (you will be entitled to a full refund if the course doesn’t run).  Note that if you making your booking via Eventbrite, your payment will be held directly by them, and it will only be paid to us once the course has been completed.  This provides you with extra reassurance your money is being safely held until course delivery.

• If you pay a 50% deposit directly to us, we will guarantee you a place once this payment is made, however, we still reserve the right to cancel the course due to insufficient bookings or for reasons that arise beyond our control, and you will be entitled to a full refund.

• You will receive a FREE full year’s license to use all the eLearning content covered in this course as part of the course delivery package. This will be available immediately following the course

• We reserve the right to reject any applicant and refund their money if we feel that the person’s behavior is likely to interfere with the successful delivery of the course.  If you have already attended the course on the day, and you display inappropriate or offensive behavior, you will not be entitled to a refund.

• Any cancellation made less than one week prior to the running of the course will require a 50% cancellation charge.

• Any dispute – should one arise – will be covered under the laws of the United Kingdom.
